I don’t know about you but I am a firm believer in spreading awareness on mental health. I love talking about the difficult things and the hush-hush things that people tread gently around. I like touching on the taboo topics that have created stigmas and made people suffer quietly in shame and silence.
I want to be a voice that speaks into the dark places society hides away. I want to talk about the anxiety, the depression, the persistent nagging thoughts that keep you up at night, the difficulties that arise in marriages, the struggles you have raising children, how challenging it is growing old, I want to talk about these things and include a lot more of the grittier stuff because that is where life happens and that is where we overcome.

I hope these articles provide support, impart hope and show that there is always a way out of one’s struggles. I hope it will benefit you in some way and may it help you live free of societal constraints and truer to who you are.
