Yellow Brick Counseling is NDIS registered, so if you are NDIA managed, self-managed or plan managed we would be more than delighted to work with you. Yellow Brick Counseling covers the registration group of Therapeutic Supports so ensure that you plan has funding for this category. Payment for each session will be determined by the line item number and the pricing on the NDIS Price Guide and are generally billed under:
- Individual Counselling: 15_043_0128_1_3 or
- Employment Related Assessment and Counselling : 10_011_0128_5_3

COMPLAINTS POLICY
In the event of a complaint, please forward your correspondence to yellowbrickcounseling@gmail.com. We will respond within 24 hours and we sincerely hope that we can work together to resolve complaints in a way that is fair and satisfying to all parties.
If it so happens you are unsatisfied with the response from Yellow Brick Counseling, you may contact the Disability Service Commissioner in Victoria, Australia. If this feels too overwhelming or you cannot do this on your own, ask a friend or family member to assist you with this process and help you communicate your dissatisfaction. It is a mandatory NDIS requirement for Yellow Brick Counseling to annually report any complaints to the Disability Services Commissioner. Your concern will not go unheard.
